发展山西高新技术产业的战略选择

摘　　要：山西高新技术产业的发展中存在着资金投入不足、科技人才缺乏、高新技术产业发展水平低等问题 ,它对山西产业结构的调整影响较大 ,因此 ,确定山西高新技术产业发展战略是十分必要的。文章结合山西实际 ,提出了优先发展新材料、先进制造技术。There exist various problems in the development of hi g h-tech industry in Shanxi province, such as inadequacy of invested capital, lac k of qualified scientific and technological talents, slow development of high-t echindustry. And therefore, it's important and imperative to establish strategy and to make out the policy for high-tech industry development in Shanxi. The au thors,considering the actual conditions in Shanxi, puts forward a series of hig h-tech industry strategies of developing advanced material, advanced manufactur ing technology, environmental protection,ecological economic and so on.
