以涤纶废丝、废块制备对苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯的研究

摘　　要：探讨了涤纶(PET)生产中的废丝、废块与2 乙基己醇(2 EH)直接醇解合成对苯二甲酸二(2 乙基)己酯(DOTP)的工艺过程及条件。当n(2 EH)∶n(PET)=(2 8～3 0)∶1,反应温度210～230℃,催化剂用量占总投料量的质量分数为0 2%～0 3%时,可以得到二级品标准的DOTP,对PET的收率为97 5%～97 9%。The article researched technology process and conditions of synthesizing dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) with the discarded silk and discarded black in process of producing polyester fibers and 2ethylhexanolWhile acted with n(2EH)∶n(PET) =(28~30)∶1 , response temperature 210~230℃ and the mass fraction of the catalyst was 02% ~ 04% in all throwed materials mass, it received second grade standard product of DOTP with 975% ~ 979% in PET's production rat  
