论融资租赁在城市轨道交通建设中的应用前景

摘　　要：城市轨道交通是解决大城市交通问题的必然方式,而其所需的巨额建设资金是制约轨道交通发展的根本所在。融资租赁是一种新型融资方式,对于出租人、出卖人和承租人三方都能获得收益,但在我国城市轨道交通项目中应用很少,需要健全相应的法律法规,加强宣传和扩大融资渠道。The urban mass transit is the certain solution for urban traffic.However, the huge capital demand of its construction is the fundamental con-straint for the development of urban mass transit. As a new form of financingmethod, the financing lease can bring benefits to lessor, seller and renter atthe same time. The financing lease is seldom adopted in China and it needs tostrengthen relevant laws and regulations, to enhance the communication andto expand the financing channels.
