造纸黑液生物处理的研究

摘　　要：利用从造纸厂黑液排放渠道污泥中分离和提纯的优势菌,研究了造纸黑液的生物处理.结果表明:当进水COD浓度为11000mg/L时,经过厌氧好氧处理,系统的总去除率达93%以上.同时显示,木霉、根霉菌对黑液降碱有良好效果,可为造纸黑液的处理工艺提供必要的技术参考.Paperblack liquid was studied with biochemical treatment by prepotent bacterium which we hnd separated and purified from the sludge of blackliquid drainage channel. On the condition of COD=11 000 mg/L,T=32℃,a COD removal rate was above 93% when paperblack liquid was treated by anaerobicoxybiotic.At the same time, it proved that Rhizopus and Thichoderma were the suitable bacteria to drop the alkali of water. It provided a necessary technical reference for the papermaking black liquor treatment process.
