摘  要:根据等离子弧的发生特点,阐述了等离子熔射成形技术和附加阳极等离子切割陶瓷的基本原理;通过快速制造零件和模具的实验,分析了等离子熔射成形件质量的主要影响因素;对水再约束、磁再约束、水一磁再约束等离子体加工进行了对比实验,研究优质、高效、快速切割陶瓷材料的新方法。研究成果对进一步拓展等离子体技术的应用领域具有重要意义。The plasma technology has gradually played an important role in forming and cutting for new material. Basic mechanisms of plasma spray forming (PSF) and plasma arc cutting (PAC) ceramic with additional anode have been introduced according to generating characteristic of plasma. The mostly influence factors have also been analyzed based on experiments of rapid forming and molding. At the same time, the new technology of ceramic rapidly cutting with high efficiency and good quality has been investigated by contrast experiments in the condition of various constrictive plasma such as water constriction, magnetic constriction and water-magnetic constriction. The results will contribute to develop more application field of plasma technology.
