摘　　要：江泽民《论科学技术》的重要论述丰富和发展了邓小平关于科学技术是第一生产力的思想。他准确把握科技发展的最新动态 ,深刻阐述了科技在社会进步、经济发展诸方面的特殊重要性 ,作出了一系列有关科技发展的战略决策 ,形成一个比较完整的关于发展科学技术的思想体系 ,是我们在 2General Secretary Jiang Zemin,with his important ideas in the book 'On Science and Technology',has enriched and expanded Deng Xiao_ping′s thoughts that view science and technology as the primary productive force.With precise understanding of the latest development in science and technology,he probes deep into the role which science and technology plays in all aspects of social and economic development and makes a series of strategic decisions concerning the development of science and technology.Moreover,Jiang′s expositions on science and technology ,which have evolved into systematic thoughts,shall serve as the theoretical guidance for the scientific and technological development in our country in the twenty-first century.
