涤纶细旦异形长丝聚集态结构和性能的研究

摘　　要：通过测定涤纶细旦异形长丝的声模量、取向因子、结晶度、条干不匀率和力学性能,研究涤纶细旦异形长丝的聚集态结构和性能以及它们之间的内在联系,为改进和提高细旦异形长丝的内在质量和服用性能提供理论依据。In this paper, the structure and properties of fine denier polyester filament was studied through measuring the sonic modulus, orientation factor, dendsity, evenness, profiled tenacity and extension, etc. Relationships between the aggregated structure and properties of the filament were investigated as well. The research results provide the theoretical basis for the inherent guality and wearing properties improving of fine denier profiled polyester filament.
