摘  要:用自行研制的季铵基改性剂对亚麻织物进行化学改性,可在中性无盐的条件下使活性染料的上染率大大提高。研究亚麻织物利用焙烘法改性的最佳工艺条件及优化吸尽法改性工艺参数。Flax fabric has been chemically modified by quaternary ammonium compounds prepared by the authois. ETIR spectrum indicates that quaternary ammonium groups have been induced into flax molecule. The exhaustion of modified flax fabric dyed with reactive dyes has increased greatly under neutral pH condition in absence of salt, The optimum technological condition of pad - dry - cure process have been studied with math model of tri - factor quadratic equation. The optimum technological conditions of exhaustion process have been found out by mathematical statistics.
