摘　　要：在现有分散染料和活性染料的基础上适应碱性一浴一步法染色工艺的染料的作筛选,结果表明,分散蓝2BLN和活性蓝HER适用于此工艺,同时讨论影响该工艺的因素,确定最佳染色工艺条件。Dyes suitable for dyeing in one alkaline bath were selected. It is shown that Disperse Blue 2BLN and Reactive Blue H- ER were suitable for the process. Meanwhile, the influencial factors were discussed, and the optimal dyeing conditions were determined consequently. The process can shorten the dyeing procedures, increase the production efficiency and save the energy. The raw materials can be easily obtained. So it has a significant practical value.
