摘　　要：研究基于刚塑性有限元方法模拟板坯轧边的过程,提出了用少量简化单元描述轧制过程变形的方法,结合采用Coulomb摩擦定律,给出了加工硬化板坯的稳定轧制过程模拟相关问题的解决方案,文中并对此进行了计算机模拟.This paper studies the simulation process of edge rolling on the basis of the 3D rigidplastic finite element method, presents a method of describing 3D deformation in edge rolling with small number of elements. Employing Coulomb friction law, the author gives the solutions for some problems associated with the simulation of steady state rolling of workhardening plates, and carries out the computer simulation of edge rolling process by using this kind of method.
