摘 要:铜绿山铜铁矿新主井的提升系统担负着坑内矿石和废石的提升。实际使用证明,原设计的电液推杆存在推、拉力偏小,且无法调节等诸多问题,严重影响了提升效率。为了解决上述问题,提出了改进构想,经过方案比较,并对液压系统重新进行设计计算,形成了新的箕斗装、卸载装置。改进后的装置投入使用后,系统工况稳定,性能良好,满足了提升要求。The hoisting system of the new main shaft in Tonglushan copperiron mine is used to hoist the underground ore and waste rock. The operation has shown that the electrichydraulic push rod designed originally had disadvantages of inadequate pushing/pulling force and difficult adjustment etc, which had great influence on hoisting efficiency. In order to solve these problems above, the conception of modification was presented. Through the medium of the comparison of design plans and the redesigne of the hydraulic system, a new loading-dumping device for the skip was produced. Since the modified loading-dumping device was put into operation, it has been stable in working and good in performance, and met the requirements of hoisting.
