摘  要:采用碱性阴离子交换树脂催化丙酮和甲醛缩合制备乙酰乙醇 ,并采用固定床反应方式 ,简化工艺过程 ,提高了生产效率 ,且催化缩合收率高 ,选择性好 。Hydroxy-2-butanone was prepared by condensation of acetone with formaldehyde over base anion-exchanged resins catalysts instead of the aqueous NaOH olution, in order to overcome the shortcoming in the old method such as polymer yielding and the neuthralization with weak acid. Moreover, fixed bed was adopted to simplify the process and to raise the production efficiency. With the high condensation yield and fine selection, this new process has a great industrial value.
