摘　　要：本文介绍了将J23-40型通用冲压机床改造成多品种散热片冲压自动线的设计方案,重点阐述了采用曲柄摇块-齿轮齿条组合机构作为自动送料机构传动部分的工作原理和运动设计,并运用解析法建立了机构运动方程,确定了曲柄调整长度和送料长度之间的函数关系。本项研究利用现有的设备进行改造,满足了生产需要。This paper presents the design of reconstructing a J23-40general press into an automatic pressing line for producing kinds of radiator flakes,with focus on the layout of the transmission equipment of the automatic feeding by the gear-rack-connecting rod mechanism.By the use of analytic approach,a kinematics equation is set up,a function of feeding length of gear turning angles is given.The study solves the problem of the reformation of existed equipment into automatic specialized ones to meet the needs of production.
