摘 要:由于火电单元机组负荷控制对象具有大延迟、大时间常数的特性,常规反馈控制量很难兼顾系统的快速性和准确性,为此设计了一种频域内的信息融合方法。该文首先对辐射能信号和热量信号进行了频谱分析,然后将它们通过互补FRF(频率响应函数)对,减弱导致辐射能信号稳态精度不高、高频干扰大和热量信号响应燃料变化慢的频段,最后在频域内进行信号融合,得到更快速、准确的反馈控制量。经仿真试验表明,融合算法有效的提高了系统的控制品质,并较易于工程实现。It is difficult to guarantee simultaneously both rapidness and precision for the conventional feedback signals, due to its big-lagged and big-inertial characters. A method based on the frequency domain for data fusion is presented in this paper to solve such a problem. Spectrum analysis in respect to radiation and heat release signals has been carried out, and both signals are filtered by using a cross-complement FRF (Frequency Response Function) pair, so that all shortcomings of these signals, as the bad steady precisions of radiation signals, large disturbances at high frequency and slow response of heat release signals to fuel are attenuated. Its results show that the new method improves the quality of the system control and also is easy to carry out for engineering.
