摘　　要：研究了环保水处理容器缠绕壳体基体不饱和聚酯树脂。重点阐述了不饱和聚酯凝胶期控制、表干及树脂增韧方法和纤维缠绕复合层的力学性能。分析了水处理容器受较高压力时树脂环向开裂的原因 。The unsaturated polyester resin matrix used in wound vessel for water treatment, including gel time control , surface drying , matrix toughening and mechanical property of filament wound composite layer were discussed. The causes of hoop resin crack in vessel for water treatment at higher inner pressure and methods for improving resin crack resistance were analyzed also in this paper.
