摘  要:介绍了加氢裂化高压空冷器管箱结构及研制的适合管与管箱深小孔水平内角与端面MAG自动焊专用设备。通过工艺试验,解决了环缝起弧处根部未焊透与铁水内淌问题。经模拟件及产品焊接证明,焊缝质量满足产品要求。A special design for auto-MAG welding equipment is developed which is used for welding fillet joints between tube and tube chamber shell of high pressure hydrogen cracking air cooling apparatus. Through the study of procedure parameters, the lack of penetration located at are starting point on circular fillet weld and the phenomenon with molten pool and/or droplets dripping into tube hole are overcome. By the welding both on simulated workpieces and product itself justified that the welding quality well satisfies the requirement of products.
