摘 要:超倍拉伸是制备高强高模聚乙烯纤维的有效途径。研究了萃取、干燥工艺及拉伸速度、温度等对超高相对分子质量聚乙烯冻胶纤维拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:聚乙烯冻胶纤维最大拉伸倍数随萃取除油率的增加而增加;纤维萃取后干燥时有一最佳干燥温度,为25℃左右;随冻胶纤维萃取干燥收缩率的增大,纤维结晶度增加,拉伸性能变差;聚乙烯纤维的拉伸速度不能太高,拉伸温度存在一最佳范围。Ultra-drawing is an effective method to obtain high strength high modulus polyethylene fibers. In this paper, the effects of extracting, drying technology, drawing speed and drawing temperature on the ultra-drawing behavior of UHMWPE fibers are investigated. The results show that the maximum drawing ratio of extracted PE fibers increases with the increasing of solvent removing rate of gel fiber. There is an optimum drying temperature about 251 or so after extracting. As the fiber shrinkage increases during extracting and drying process, the crystallinity of PE fibers increases and therefore the drawing behavior of fibers gets worse. The drawing speed of extracted UHMWPE fibers cannot be too high and there exists an optimum range of drawing temperature.
