摘  要:电力零售市场研究是一个崭新的课题。在简要介绍了世界各国电力零售市场之后 ,全面阐述了开展电力零售竞争所要解决的主要问题以及这些问题涉及的主要研究内容 ,讨论了我国开展电力零售竞争的意义 ,呼吁尽快建立我国的电力零售市场。这是电力零售市场研究系列文章的第 1篇 ,后续的文章还有 :电力零售市场的组成、电力零售市场的合同、电力零售市场与计量系统、电力零售市场与负荷管理、分散式发电对电力系统的影响等。It's a very brand new issue that studying on retail electricity market. After briefly introducing retail electricity markets of several foreign countries, this paper outlines main problems concerning of competition at the end users' side, discusses its significance and concludes that the retail electricity market must be built up as quickly as possible in China. This is the first paper of a series of papers. The others following up later, include ' Participants of the Retail Electricity Market', ' Retail Contract of the Retail Electricity Market', ' Meter and Reading System in the Retail Electricity Market', ' Load Control in the Retail Electricity Market', and ' Influence on the Electric Power System by Distributed Generation'.
