摘  要:本文提出一种处理铸件与铸型界面热阻问题的虚拟界面单元法 ,并给出了有限元计算公式。由于该单元厚度 (△l)和铸件 /铸型的间隙无关 ,故可取铸件与铸型间接触表面作为界面单元。针对某一具体金属型铝合金活塞的铸造凝固过程 ,按考虑和不考虑铸件与铸型间热阻影响两种方法作了有限元计算 ,通过与实测值相比较 。To deal with the problem of heat resistance between cast and casting moldintrface, a kind of fictitious interface elements method is created and formulas related are also given. Interface between cast and casting mold is chosen as interface elements because thickness of these elements are not related to the clearance between cast and casting mold. Aim at the solidification process of a piston in metal mold, finite element calculations are respectively made based on taking account of interface heat resistance between cast and casting mold or not . Compared with test results, calculational precision of this method is higher than the correspondence without taking account of interface heat resistance .
