摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的建立与发展,危害金融管理秩序的违法犯罪案件时有发生,并呈上升趋势。破坏金融管理秩序犯罪具有犯罪领域的行业性、犯罪主体的组织化、犯罪后果的严重性、犯罪手法的复杂性和隐蔽性等特点,应从确立以证据为中心的侦查思维,加强经侦基础业务的建设,建立健全侦查协作制度、强化经侦技术队伍建设等方面加强侦查防范。With the establishment and development of the socialist market economy,offence against the financial order occurs from time to time and tends to increase.This offence has many characteristics such as its special filed of crime,organized subjects,serious consequences,complicated and concealed techniques,and so on..Therefore,we should build our investigative thinking mold which centers on evidence,strengthen the construction of our economic investigation practice,establish cooperative system and train professional staff,etc.
