丹芪偏瘫胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型中风的Ⅱ期临床研究报告

摘　　要：目的 :采用随机双盲对照法观察丹芪偏瘫胶囊治疗中风恢复期 (脑梗死 )病人的有效性和安全性。方法 :60例病人分为治疗组和对照组 ,每组 3 0例 ,分别予丹芪偏瘫胶囊和步长脑心通胶囊 ,疗程 4W。观察症状、体征的变化及血液流变学、血脂等生化指标的改变。结果 :治疗组和对照组在中风病疗效上愈显率分别为 5 0 0 %和 2 6 675 % ,(P <0 0 1) ,总有效率分别为 86 67%和 83 3 3 % (P >0 0 5 ) ;治疗组和对照组在中医证候疗效上愈显率分别为 40 0 %和 16 67% (P <0 0 1) ,总有效率分别为 86 67%和 83 3 3 % (P >0 0 5 ) ;丹芪偏瘫胶囊具有改善语言、面瘫、上肢瘫、指瘫、下肢瘫、趾瘫、综合功能 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)、明显提高分级水平 (P <0 0 1)、改善中医证候 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)的作用。相关理化检查证实丹芪偏瘫胶囊可改善血液流变学主要指标 (P <0 0 5 ) ,降低血脂 (P <0 0 5 )。该药未发现明显不良反应和毒副作用。结论 :丹芪偏瘫胶囊治疗中风恢复期 (脑梗死 )病人具有较好疗效 。Objective:Observing the effectiveness and safety of convalescent cerebral infarction patient treated with danqipiantan capsule by randomed double-blind control method.Method:60 cases with cerebral infarction were devided into treatment group and control group,treated with danqipiantan capsule and buchangnaoxintong respectively,meanwhile,observing the changes of symptoms,signs,blood rheology and lipid,etc.Results:The general effective rates of two groups respectively were 86.67% and 83.33%(P>0 05),the cure and effectual rates were 50.0% and 26.675%(P<0 01).otherwise, danqipiantan capsule could significantly improve the clinical symptoms, such as language,paralytic face.paralytid cupper limbs,the paralytic fingers,the paralytic lower limbs and paralytic toes.the blood rheology was improved obviously and blood lipid was lowed,there was no obvious dysreaction and poisonous side-effect.Conclusion: Danqipiantan capsule is an effective and safe medicine for the treatment of convalescent cerebral infarction.
