摘 要:目的 :研究益心脉颗粒 (YXMG)对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :通过结扎家兔冠状动脉前降支 (LAD)造成心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,观察造模前后各组血清及心肌各项生化指标的变化。结果 :结扎LAD之前 ,各组各项指标均无差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,结扎后 3 0min、60min及松开结扎恢复血流灌注后3 0min、60min时 ,各组各项指标均呈现降低或升高的异常改变。益心脉颗粒大、小剂量组拮抗超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)降低和抑制丙二醛 (MDA)升高及减少肌酸磷酸激酶 (CK)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、谷草转氨酶 (AST)的释放的作用均优于VitE组、复方丹参片组及模型组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论Objective:To sutdy the protectve effect of yixinmai granule(YXMG) against heart injury caused by myocardial ischemia reperfusion.Methods:25 rabbits were randomly divided into A,B,C,D,and E five groups,which were administered with YXMG(large dosage),YXMG(small dosage),VitE,Co. Dansheng tablet and common forage for 7 days.An hour after taking medicine at the last time,the model of ischemical rperfusion injury was established by ligatied the left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD),and then the biochemistry indexes of serum and myocaridal tissue of rabbits in five groups were measured respectively.Results:Six indexes had no difference(P>0 05) in five groups before the ligation.after the ligation 30 minutes,60 minutes and after loosening the LAD,the biochemistry indexes existed abnormal changes in rising or falling in various groups. two YXMG groups had effects of resisting SOD,GSH-Px level falling,inhibiting MDA level rising and reducing the release of CK,LDH,AST in cell,which were better than that of VitE,Co. Dansheng tablet and model group (P<0 05 or 0.01).Conclusion:YXMG can protect rebbit′s heart from injured by ischemia reperfusion,its effect is superior to VitE and Co. Dansheng .
