氯沙坦与国产非洛地平缓释片治疗高血压病的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的　评价氯沙坦 (Los)与非洛地平 (Felo)治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法　采用随机、单盲、平行对照方法 ,将 60例轻、中度高血压患者均分成 (Los)组 (3 0例 ) ,口服Los5 0～ 10 0mg/d ,疗程 4周Felo组 (3 0例 ) ,口服Felo5～ 10mg/d ,疗程 4周。每周测诊室血压 (CBP)、心率 (HR) ,治疗前后行 2 4h动态血压监测 (ABPM)。结果　 4周末Los组与Felo组总有效率分别为 80 0 %与 83 4% ,与治疗前比差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,组间比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。动态血压测定 2 4h、日间、夜间血压均值较治疗前明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,Los略优于Felo。收缩压 (SBP)和舒张压 (DBP)的谷峰比值 (T/P)均大于 5 0 %。不良反应Felo多于Los。结论　两种药物均不影响血压昼夜节律 ,降压谷峰比值较好 。Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of Losartan and Felodipine in treatment of hypertension.Methods The study was conducted in 60 patients with mild or moderate hypertension using randomized,single blind,and parallel controlled method.They were treated with Losartan(50～100mg/d,n=30) or Felodipine(5～10mg/d,n=30) for 4 weeks,An clinical blood pressure(CBP)and heart rate (HR) were measured once a week during treatment.Results The total effective rate was 80.0% for Losartan group vs 83.4% for Felodipine group and no significant difference between groups was observed.The ABPM and CBP were significantly lowered and Losartan was slightly better than Felodipine in this respect and trough to peak ratio was more than 50%.More side effcts were found with Felodipine in comparison with Losartan.Conclusion Both Losartan and Felodipine are effective agents for treatment of hypertension.
