摘　　要：目的 :探讨CT仿真内窥镜在鼻腔、鼻窦中的应用价值。材料与方法 :正常 1 6例 ,鼻窦炎 1 2例 ,鼻窦囊肿 1 5例 ,鼻窦息肉 6例。对其进行CT仿真内镜重建。结果 :CT仿真内窥镜准确显示鼻腔、鼻窦 ,并可多方位多角度观察 ,与手术所见具有良好的对应性。结论 :CTVE可作为 1种准确而无创伤性的检查方法 ,有助于临床医师治疗。Purpose:To evaluate the clinical application of CT Virtual Endoscopy (CTVE) of the nose and sinuse.Materials and Metheods:Nose and sinuses of 16 normal cases of and 12 cases of sinusitis and 15 cases of cyst and 6 cases of polyp were by spiral sanning of CTVE.Results:CTVE could demonstrate more data in displaying anatomical structure and lesions of the nose and sinuses.CTVE corresponded well with operation.Conclusion:CTVE is a noninvasive and accurate procedure and helpful for clinical doctors to treat snd operate the nose and sinuses diseases.
