摘　　要：目的　为肝脏肿瘤淋巴转移的诊断和治疗提供形态学依据。方法　用 3 0 %普鲁士蓝氯仿溶液在 40例新鲜的足月胎儿和新生儿尸体上 ,对肝表面浆膜下和肝实质进行间接淋巴管注射。结果　无论是肝浅层还是深层的淋巴都有上升或下降二种去向 ;上升者穿膈注入胸腔内的淋巴结 ,下降者经肝淋巴结、贲门淋巴结等注入腹腔淋巴结。结论　根据肝脏的淋巴流向 ,肝的肿瘤细胞或细菌 ,既可转移到腹腔淋巴结 。Objective: To study morphological data for diagnosis and the treatment of the lymphatic metastasis of the hepatic carcinoma. Methods: The subserosa, substance of the liver of 40 fetus and infant cadavers were injected by indirect lymphatic injection with 30% Prussion blue chloroform solution. Results: The superficial, profound lymph of liver have the ascending and descending pathways, the ascending lymphatic entering lymph nodes in thoracic cavity through the diaphragm, the descending lymphatics reaching the celiac lymph nodes via the hepatic lymph nodes, cardiac lymph nodes and so on. Conclusion: The tumour cells, germs of liver reach both the celiac lymph nodes and the thoracic, cervical lymph nodes on the basis of the lymphatic drainage of liver.
