摘　　要：目的　研究血液透析加灌注疗法治疗肾综合征出血热提高治愈率。方法　回顾性总结 43例用血液透析加灌注疗法作为治疗组 ,3 5例血液透析治疗作为对照组。观察两组血液中尿素氮 (BUN)及肌酐 (Cr)的清除率 ,电解质变化及临床治愈时间 ,治愈率。结果　治疗组BUN清除率 81% ,Cr清除率 89% ;对照组BUN清除率 69% ,Cr清除率 77% (P <0 0 1)。两组对纠正电解质紊乱 (P >0 0 5 )无差异。治疗组治愈时间 2 1 5± 3 8天 ,对照组治愈时间 2 9± 4 2天 (P <0 0 1) ;治疗组治愈率 98% ,病死率 2 % ,对照组治愈率 91 4,病死率 8 6% (P <0 0 5 )。结论　血液透析加灌注疗法尤其是有效浓度电解质溶液的灌入治疗肾综合征出血热 ,提高BUN、Cr的清除率 ,纠正电解质紊乱 ,缩短病程 。Objective: To raise the cure rate of hemorrhagic fever with renal fail syndrome (HFRS) by hemodialysis and hemoperfusion Methods: Forty-three cases treated by hemodialysis and hemoperfusion were reviewed as the cure team, and 35 cases by hemodialysis as the control Elimination rates of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) were observed; the variation of electrolysis ion was tested; the clinical process and the clinical cure rate of hemorrhagic fever were reviewed Results: The elimination rates of blood BUN and Cr were 81% and 89% respectively in the cure team, and 69% and 77% in the control group(P<0 01) The effects on rectifying electrolytic maladjustment were not significantly different between the cure team and the control (P>0 05) The time course to cure was 21 5±3 8 days in the cure team and 29±4 2 days in the control The cure rate and the death rate were 98% and 2% respectively in the cure team, and 91 4% and 8 6% (P<0 05) in the control Conclusion: It is efficient to combine hemodialysis and hemoperfusion therapys in treating hemorrahgic fever with renal failure syndrome Combining hemoperfusion therapy with eletrolytic solution of effective consistency will especially increase elimination rates of BUN and Cr, improve the eletrolytic maladjustment rectification, and cut processing time with higher cure rate
