摘  要:目的 探讨低强度He Ne激光血管内照射对糖尿病脑梗死兔血液中内皮素 (ET)及一氧化氮 (NO)含量的影响。方法 自 2 5只新西兰大白兔中随机抽出 7只设为正常对照组 ,其余经耳缘静脉注射四氧嘧啶造成糖尿病模型 ,经 2周高脂饮食饲养后 ,再用光化学方法造成糖尿病脑梗死模型。将 11只成功造模的糖尿病脑梗死兔随机分为模型对照组和激光治疗组 ,于耳缘静脉插入无菌光纤针后模型对照组 ,激光治疗组保留空针行He Ne激光血管内照射 (输出功率 3mW) ,每次 1h ,隔日 1次。 3 0d后测血ET和NO含量。结果 与对照组比较 ,模型对照组和激光治疗组兔均存在显著的高ET、低NO血症。激光治疗组血清NO含量明显高于模型对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 低强度HeObjective To observe the effect of intravenous low level laser irradiation (ILLLI) on blood endothelium-derived factors of the rabbits with experimental diabetic infarction. Methods Seven out of 25 rabbits were randomly selected as the normal group; others were modeled with intravenous alloxan injection for diabetes and photochemical radiation for stroke to form the combined model of diabetic stroke. Fourteen successfully modeled rabbits were randomized into two groups: control group and ILLLI group. After 15 times of treatment, once every two days, their venous blood samples were assayed for endothelin and nitrogen monoxide. Results Concentration of NO in control group was remarkably lower than those in ILLLI one; but both were lower than those in normal group. ET-1 concentration in control group was remarkably higher than that in normal one; ILLLI group had slightly lower concentration than control one, but no remarkable difference was found between them. Conclusions ILLLI could raise the serum NO in diabetic stroke models, but does not significantly lower the plasmatic ET-1. This result indicates that the effect of ILLLI in treating diabetic stroke may be relevant to its effect of raising serum NO concentration.
