摘  要:目的 研究实验性大鼠缺血缺氧脑损伤 (HIBD)时FOS蛋白的表达及川芎嗪对FOS蛋白表达的作用。方法 采用用 7日龄SD新生鼠结扎左侧颈总动脉并进行缺氧 ,制备HIBD模型 ,应用免疫组化方法观察川芎嗪对HIBD新生鼠海马和皮质部位FOS蛋白表达的影响。结果 生理盐水对照组海马、皮质部位FOS表达明显增强 ;经川芎嗪干预后 ,HIBD新生鼠海马、皮质FOS蛋白表达均显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 提示川芎嗪可抑制缺血缺氧脑损伤FOS蛋白的表达 。Objective To investigate the effect of the liguistrazine on the expression of brain tissue FOS protein in neuonatal rats hypoxia ischemia damage.Methods The hypoxia ischemia brain damage models were established by occluding the left common carotid artery of 7 day neonatal rats.The expression of FOS protein was assessed by immunostaining method.Results The expression of FOS protein was increased obviously in the ligated side of brain tissue( P <0.05).The liguistazine can suppressed the expression of FOS protein significantly compared with the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion The liguistrazine can refrain the expression of FOS protein in brain tissue. These datas suggest that the liguistrazine has neuroprotective effect on hypoxia ischemia brain damage.
