重庆地区C/adrq+亚型HBV流行株PreS/S、EnhII/CP/PreC标准参照序列的初步建立

摘　　要：目的　建立重庆地区基因型C/血清型adrq +HBV流行株PreS/S、EnhII/CP/PreC基因标准参照序列 ,为HBV变异的研究奠定基础。方法　测定 18例无症状携带者HBV的PreS/S、EnhII/CP/PreC序列 ,应用同源性分析和对齐比较等方法确定HBV亚型 ,并拟定基因型C/血清型adrq +HBV的PreS/S、EnhII/CP/PreC标准参照序列。结果　 9株基因型B/血清型adw2、6株基因型C/血清型adrq + ,3株基因型B/血清型ayw1;建立的重庆地区HBV基因型C/血清型adrq+HBV流行株PreS/S、EnhI I/CP/PreC标准参照序列与东北华南地区同亚型的标准参照序列比较分别有 13个、2个核苷酸差异 ,可引起 4个、1个氨基酸差异。结论　初步建立了重庆地区基因型C/血清型adrq +HBV流行株PreS/S。Objective To establish of consensus sequence of PreS/S and EnhII/CP/PreC of HBV with subtype C/adqr+ in Chongqing of China.Methods The gene of PreS/S and EnhII/CP/PreC of HBV in 18 AsC were sequenced.The genotype and serotype of HBV were determined.The HBV subtype C/adqr+ strain prevailing in Chongqing was found and established its consensus sequence. Results Nine strains were genotype B/serotype adw2, 6 were genotype B/serotype adrq+ and 3 were genotype B/serotype ayw1. There were 13 and 2 sites differences between consensus sequence of PreS/S and EnhII/CP/PreC of HBV with genotype C/serotype adrq+ and that in Northeast and South of China. Conclusion The consensus sequence of PreS/S and EnhII/CP/PreC of hepatitis B virus with genotype C/serotype adrq+ prevailing in Chongqing is established.
