摘 要:目的 观察胆源性脓毒症时肝脏巯基水平变化及其相互间的关系。方法 采用兔胆源性脓毒症模型 ,以分光光度法检测梗阻肝叶与非梗阻肝叶、感染肝叶与非感染肝叶总巯基、非蛋白巯基和蛋白巯基水平的动态变化。结果 梗阻肝叶非蛋白巯基、总巯基水平在术后 4 8h显著降低 ;感染肝叶非蛋白巯基水平在术后 12h即显著降低 ,总巯基和蛋白巯基水平亦分别于术后2 4、4 8h显著降低 ,且 3种巯基水平变化相互间呈显著正相关。结论 组织巯基水平降低尤其是非蛋白巯基水平的显著降低可能是胆源性脓毒症时肝脏损害机制中细胞结构破坏和代谢紊乱的相关因素之一。Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of thiol group levels in liver tissue in a rabbit model of biliary sepsis. Methods By using spectrophotometry, the contents of total thiol (T SH ), non protein thiol ( NP SH ) and protein bound thiol (P SH ) in liver tissue were measured.Results NP SH and T SH contents in obstruction lobe decreased significantly at 48h after operation, and that NP SH,T SH and P SH contents in infection lobe began to significantly decrease at 12h, 24h and 48h respectively after operation, with a significant positive correlation among 3 kinds of thiol group. Conclusion It is suggested that decrease of thiol group content, especially NP SH content, is probably a factor involved in cell destruction and metabolism disturbance in liver injury associated with biliary sepsis.
