摘  要:存在于城市生活垃圾中的含氯塑料 (如PVC等 )是造成垃圾焚烧电站设备腐蚀和二次污染的主要因素。本文对利用热重 -差分分析仪对氯含量 5 3 8%聚氯乙烯 (PVC)和无氯高密度聚乙烯 (HDPE)以及氯含量 10 %~ 4 6 %氯化聚乙烯 (CPE)热解特性进行了研究。根据含氯塑料分级热解的实验结果 ,提出了含氯塑料热解与残余物燃烧的工艺路线 。Chlorine containing plastics (polyvinyl chloride) in municipal waste are a major source of corrosion and secondary pollution in municipal solid waste incinerators. With the use of a thermogravimetric differential analyzer the pyrolytic characteristics are studied of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and HDPE (high density polyethylene) both with a chlorine content of 53.8%, and CPE (chlorinated polyethylene) with a chlorine content varying from 10% to 46%. Based on the test results of the graded pyrolysis of chlorine containing plastics the authors have proposed a technological process for the pyrolysis of the chlorine containing plastics and the combustion of their residue. Furthermore, the performance of a power plant based on the above cited process is calculated and analyzed.
