摘　　要：分析了沈阳市社区居民卫生服务需求与利用情况,59.5％的居民是在社区就诊的,自费比例达到了95.1％。老年组患病率为73.8％。对社区卫生服务工作的开展提出建议:(1)扩大参保范围。(2)增强居民自我保健意识。(3)完善社区卫生服务,明确服务目标和重点。The article analyses the demand and utilization of community health services of the urban in Shenyang City. The results showed that 59. 5% people are treated in the centers of community health services; 95. 1% people pay by their pocket and 73. 8% old people ill with chronic diseases. The proposals for developing the community health services are: (1) to extend the coverage of social medical insurance. (2) to strengthen the people' s consciousness to the health care. (3) to complete the community health services and definite the target and key point of it.
