摘　　要：通过分析社区贫困人群对卫生服务的需求和利用情况以及与一般人群之间的差异,因经济因素而导致患病未就诊率在贫困人群中占有了绝大多数(45.2％),远远大于一般人群中的比例(28.9％);老年人中有22.6％都属于贫困人口,他们是贫困人口中的脆弱人群;贫困人群的疾病经济负担很重。By analyzing the poor needs and utilizations for community health service and comparing them with the formal people, about 45. 2% poor un-treatment are view to economic factor; about 22. 6% old people beling to the poor, their economic burder of diseaie we get the cordusi that burden are very heavy.
