摘　　要：随着中国加入WTO,企业的操作和竞争也随之国际化,为了获取充足的资金和建立完善的经营模式,增强本国保险公司的竞争实力,中国的保险公司最终将走向陆续上市的道路。本文介绍了对上市保险公司自留资金的杠杆作用,以此说明传统再保险对股本收益的影响,通过对自留资金的改变来调整股本收益。With China’s entry into the WTO, the operation and competition of enterprises will be moreinternationalized. To get more capital and establish perfect operation mode, and to promote theircompetition ability, domestic insurance companies will have to come into the stock market one by one.The paper discusses the impact of traditional reinsurance to stock income by introducing the leverageto the reserved capital of listed insurance companies, and demonstrates how to adjust the stock incomeby the change of reserved capital.
