摘  要:在焊条药皮中加入不同含量稀土硅的试验结果表明 ,适量的稀土硅可提高堆焊合金组织的高温稳定性 ,回火二次硬化和抗蠕变能力 ,细化晶粒 ,改善塑性和韧性 ,使碳化物在晶界聚集形成耐磨网架 。This paper has studied the effect of rare earth silicon added in the coating on the high temperature properties,the carbide distribution and abrasion resistance of blast furnace valve surfacing alloy.The laboratory investigation indicates that suitable addition of rare earth silicon can increase the high temperature stability,secondary tempering hardening,creep resistance,plasticity and tenacity of the surfacing alloy structure due to refining grains,carbide collecting to the grain boundary and forming network structure.The wearability of the surfacing alloy is twice as much as that of alloy which has no rare earth silicon additins.
