摘 要:水利工程设计要求的高水位期(水库满蓄期)的平均最大风速,与气象测站观测的相应数据可能会存在较大差别,主要由测站设置及其观测条件、地形影响等方面产生。故测站观测的风速,往往须经多方面的修正才能用于设计,作者拟订了修正计算公式。公式中涉及的改正值或改正系数,作者曾在本刊发表两篇地形改正方面的论文加以论述,现又研究了自记/定时最大风速的转换方法,使多年平均最大定时风速VD,0转换为相应的自记风速VC,0,根据大量统计资料,经多方分析研究,得出了VC,0=1.23VD,0的初步结果,可供设计中参考。The average maximum wind speed during high-water period required in the design of hydraulic engineering, might differ obviously from that measured by weather station under a corresponding condition. This phenomenon mainly derives from the effect of the location of the weather station, the method observation and the topographic condition. Consequently the wind speed measured by the weather station has to be corrected before being used in the design. In this paper, the equation (1) has been given for the correction mentioned above. The involved corrected values and correction coefficients in the equation (1) can be obtained from publication concerned including of the writer's two papers carried in this periodical. Except the problem of VD,O and VC,O, therefore, in this paper the transformation between the self-recording speed VC,O and the timing recording maximum wind speed VD,O has been studied. Additionally, depending on this transformation,the perennial average maximum timing wind speed——VC,O can be changed into the relevant self-recording wind speed——VC,O . According to plenty of statistical data, the preliminary result of VC,O=1.23VD,O has been obtained through plenty of analysis and research. This result can be considered as a reference during design.
