抑酸药治疗小儿消化性溃疡合并出血临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察抑酸药对小儿消化性溃疡合并出血的治疗效果。方法　将 4 2例消化性溃疡合并出血患儿分成 3组 ,分别以西米替丁、雷尼替丁、洛赛克静脉滴注治疗。结果　 3种药物的显效率分别为 4 0 .0 %、4 6 1%、77.8% ,差异无显著性意义 (χ2 =3.6 5 4 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ;总有效率分别为 90 .0 %、92 .3%、88.9% ,差异无显著性意义 (χ2 =4 .372 ,P >0 .0 5 )。Objective To observe the effect of acid inhibitors on children with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage.Methods 42 children with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage were divided into 3 groups, each group was intravenously treated with cimetidine, ranitidine and losec respectively.Results Significant effective rates of three drugs were 40.0%, 46.1% and 77.8%, and there were no significant differences among those three groups (\$χ\+2\$=3.654, \$P\$>0 05); Total effective rates were 90.0%, 92.3%, 88.9%, and there were no significant differences among those three groups (\$χ\+2=4.372, P\$>0.05).Conclusion These three acid inhibitors have nice effect on children with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage.
