摘 要:卫深 5井是大庆油田 2 0 0 2年重点探井 ,钻探目的是评价松辽盆地东南断陷区徐家围子断陷带火山岩及砂砾岩含气情况。该井钻探过程中采用水包油钻井液 ,选择合理的欠压值和井控技术进行欠平衡钻进 ,有效地防止了该区特殊孔隙结构火山岩储层在钻探过程中易受污染的问题 ,保护了储层 ,及时发现了该区高产工业气流 ,提高了深井钻井速度 ,并成功地进行了中途测试和反循环压井 ,初步形成了适合于大庆长垣东部深层特点的欠平衡钻井工艺技术。同时 ,还介绍了该井设计。Well WS-5 was an important exploratory well of Daqing Oilfield in 2002, and it was drilled to investigate the gas reservoir in the southeast fault of Songliao Basin. Oil in water drilling fluid was used in drilling this well, and underbalanced drilling was conducted, with suitable underbalance value and well control technology adopted. This technology avoided the contamination of the special volcanics reservoir in drilling and reserved the reservoir, with a commercial gas reserve located. Furthermore, it improved the drilling speed, and drill pipe test and reserve circulation killing was also successfully performed. The drilling design, equipment selection and the downhole underbalance value control were also illustrated.
