摘  要:吐哈油田是典型的低压、低孔、低渗的“三低”油田 ,油藏构造的非均质性严重 ,到开发中后期普遍具有含水率上升快的特点 ,严重影响了油井利用和原油的采收率。为解决油田开发中后期存在问题 ,针对吐哈油田特有的地质、油藏特点开展套管侧钻技术的研究和应用 ,取得了较好的效果。阐述了吐哈油田套管开窗侧钻配套技术 ,并对其推广应用效果进行了分析 ,总结和提出了在现场应用中还需解决的问题和下步工作重点。Tuha Oilfield is typical for its low pore pressure, low porosity and low permeability, and its structure is uneven. The water content goes up fast during the middle and later development period. These all severely influence the oil well life and oil recovery rate. To solve these problems, study and application of casing milling sidetracking technology was conducted based on the particular geology and reservoir characteristics in Tuha, and satisfactory results have been obtained. The associate technologies of casing milling sidetracking were illustrated, and the problems existed in field using were also presented.
