摘 要:井下油水分离同井回注技术是将含水油井的产出液在井下直接进行分离 ,然后将浓缩油液举升到地面 ,而将分离出的水在井下回注到另一地层中。介绍了井下油水分离系统的工作原理及分类 ,并对重力式油水分离分流比的确定进行了试验研究。试验结果表明 ,在 1 39.7mm套管和 73mm油管的井筒环空内 ,油井产液量小于 50m3/d时 ,分流比可小于 0 .7,分离效果较好。另外 ,还介绍了此项技术应用时的选井条件 。Downhole oil-water separation and rejection through same well technology is that liquid production is separated under the hole. After that, the oil concentrated liquid is lifted to the surface, while the separated water is injected into another formation. It has two kinds system, one is hydrocyclone separation system, and the other is gravity separation system. The principle and applicability of both system were discussed, and their well claim was introduced. The experiment of the split ratio determination of gravitational oil-water separation had been done and the result indicated that the split ratio of good separation effect could be less than 0.7 when the production is less than 50m\+3/d. So the conclusion that the experiment method is helpful to study the working status of complex downhole oil-water separation system can be given. In the same time, it illustrated the technology's advantage and disadvantage, pointed out the research direction in the future.
