摘　　要：银行作为现代经济的核心 ,其竞争状况对一个国家的经济发展影响深远。按照WTO规则 ,创建公平有序的竞争环境 ;加快反垄断立法 ;完善监管体制 ,转换国有商业银行经营机制 。As the center of modern economy, the bank as well as its competition h as a far-reaching influence on the economical development of a country. Accordin g to regulations of WTO, the banking competition in China can be effectively imp roved by establishing fair and just competitive environment; accelerating the pr ocess of anti-monopoly legislation; consummating supervision system and transfor ming the managing system of state-owned commercial banks.
