摘　　要：实施区域创新是三峡经济区在知识经济时代从根本上消除贫困的战略选择。当前该区存在着一些不利于区域创新的问题和困难,针对这些问题,今就各级政府在三峡区创新中的职能、如何理顺政府与各创新主体的关系等方面进行了探讨,并提出了相应的建议。Regional innovation is a strategic choice for Three Gorges Zone to abolish poverty at the age of knowledge economy. For historic and natural reasons, there are some problems in the innovation system of the economic zone. The paper studies the function of governments at different levels in the innovation of Three Gorges Zone and tries to found a mechanism among the governments and the body of the regional innovation.
