356例产妇产后饮食结构的调查与分析

摘  要:目的 :探讨本地区产妇饮食结构及其对母婴健康的影响。方法对 2 0 0 1年 1月~ 2 0 0 2年 6月在我院分娩产妇进行产后随访时实地调查。结果 :本地区产妇饮食营养不均衡 ,过多偏食辛辣食物 ,缺少维生素、纤维素食物。在产后饮食与母婴健康相关问题中 ,产妇便秘、口干、血性恶露延长 ,婴儿吐奶、皮肤湿疹、脓胞疮等均与饮食中的酒类、姜类等辛辣食物有关 (P值均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :产后饮食对母婴健康有直接或间接影响 ,针对重点人群进行健康营养知识教育 ,提倡科学合理、营养均衡的饮食 。objective Find out local diet structure of lying-in women and its effect on maternal and fetal health.Methods Carry out field research about lying-in women after delivery (between January of 2001 and June 2002) in follow-up visit. Results Local lying-in women dietary nutrition is unbalanced. There is too much spicy food in diet, but more vita mine and cellulose food are needed. As for diet after delivery and maternal and fetal health , lying-in women's constipation , thirst, prolonging of loch a, infant's vomiting milk ,eczema are all rotated to wine ,ginger, spicy food in diet(the values of P are all below 0.01) .Conclusion Diet after delivery has direct, or indirect on maternal and fetal health, focalize education of nutrition on specific people, (teach people with knowledge of nutrition) advocate proper, scientific balanced diet. All the things above are important to improving.
