摘　　要：目的　探讨Ⅲ型霰弹枪伤的显微外科修复及功能重建。方法　单臂外固定架固定 ,根据伤情应用显微外科方法初期或延期闭合创腔 ,修复骨、软骨及神经血管的损伤及缺损。结果　本组 2 8例用此方法均达骨性愈合 ,患肢功能恢复满意。结论　对Ⅲ型霰弹枪伤的患者在病情允许的情况下应用显微外科技术初期修复组织缺损或重建功能可缩短治疗时间 。Objective To discuss the treatment of microsurgical technique and the right time for type Ⅲ shotgun wounds.Methods The traumatic extremities were fixed with the single arm external fixation,and according to the condition to close the wound earlier or later,the injury and defect of the bone,cartilage,nerves and the vessels were repaired.Results Twenty eight patients participated in this study and all attained osseous healing;the function of the affected extremity was satisfactory.Conclusion It can save the time,in some situation,using the microsurgical technique to repair the tissue defect or reconstruct the function earlier for the patients of type Ⅲ shotgun wounds and to save the function of the affect extremities mostly.
