中药内服外敷治疗股骨头缺血性坏死66例初探

摘　　要：目的 :观察活血通脉、补血生骨汤加牵引中药内服外敷治疗股骨头缺血坏死的疗效。方法 :6 6例分型内服自拟活血通脉汤及补血生骨汤配合中药外敷腹股沟 ,治疗 6 0天后统计疗效。结果 :显效 2 8例 ,有效 33例 ,无效 5例 ,总有效率92 .4 %。结论 :中药治疗股骨头缺血性坏死效果确切。Objective:To observe the curative effect of oral drug and application in treatment of ischemic necrosis of head of femur.Methods:66 cases had been divided into two groups and taken self made decoction for promoting blood circulation and decoction for nourishing marrow respectively,adding to application on groin with traditional Chinese herbs.Take statistics after 60 days of treatment.Result:28 cases were obvious effective,33,effective and 5,noneffective.The total effective rate was 92.4%.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese herbs has a definite effect in treatment of ischemic necrosis of head of femur.[
