摘　　要：通过对哈依煤气工程投产前后与哈尔滨市社会经济与环境效益的详细调查、对比,用翔实的资料说明哈依煤气工程投产后,哈尔滨市的环境有显著的改善,社会效益和经济效益都十分可观。Through detailed investigation and correlation on benefits of social economy and environment in Harbin city,before and after put into production of Hayi coal gasification engineering,with abundant informations explain that environment improved clear-ly,and the benefits of socity and economy quite good,in Harbin City,after put into production of Hayi coal gasification engineer-ing.
