摘  要:对30CrMnSiNi2A钢带孔板和带槽板试样进行了不同工艺参数的激光辐照,并对辐照前后试样的疲劳性能、硬化层显微组织和硬度分布作了试验与分析。试验表明,不适当的激光工艺会导致疲劳寿命明显下降,显微组织和硬度分布不良。只有在适当的激光工艺参数辐照时,才能提高30CrMnSiNi2A低合金超高强度钢的疲劳寿命。The research in this paper is on laser radiaton with different parameters to 30CrMnSiNi2A steel hole plates and slot plates, and fatigue properties, microstructure and hardness distribution in the hardening zone are analyzed. The results demonstrate that the nature of laser transformation hardening is still a martensitic transformation and its speciality is its super-refined structure. The tests also show that some incorrect technologies can result in obvious decrease of fatigue lives, bad microstructure and disadvantage of hardness distribution in the hardening zone. When the surface of the steel is strengthened by the laser radiation , the high temperature tempered layer is unavoidable to lower the fatigue strength. It is only when the parameter of laser radiation is correct that it can increase the fatigue life of 30 CrMnSiNi2A low alloy super-strength steel.
