添加植酸酶对仔猪生长和营养物质回肠表观消化率的影响

摘　　要：选择 2 8日龄断奶的二元杂交 (长白×大约克 ,平均体重 7.5± 0 .5kg)的仔猪 4 0头 ,研究断奶仔猪日粮添加植酸酶对生长和营养物质回肠表观消化率的影响。结果表明 ,玉米豆粕型日粮中添加植酸酶降低了断奶仔猪的采食量 (下降 9.8% ,P <0 0 6 ) ,日增重和饲料效率影响不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;提高了日粮中干物质、能量、蛋白质的消化率分别为 3.4 %、2 .6 %和 2 .8% (P >0 0 5 ) ;提高了钙和磷的回肠表观消化率分别为 14 .5 % (P <0 0 5 )和 4 .8% (P<0 12 ) ;也提高了大部分必需氨基酸的回肠表观消化率 ,His(+11.7% )、Ile(+2 .7% )、Leu(+6 .2 % )、Lys(+5 .4 % )、Met(+1.1% ) ,但差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。总之 ,低磷日粮中添加植酸酶 (30 0U·kg-1)对断奶仔猪生长性能没有影响 ,但改善了回肠营养物质 (尤其是钙与磷 )的表观消化率。Fourty weaned pigs (Landrace×Yorkshire, 4 weeks old, average body weight(7.5±0.5)kg) were used in a 7 week experiment and assigned into two treatments (phytase supplementation and control) to evaluate phytase supplementation on growth performance and apparent ileal digestibility in weaned pigs. The results showed that addition of phytase reduced feed consumption (P<0 06), but average daily gain and feed conversion rate were not affected by feeding phytase (P>0 05). Phytase supplementation didn't significantly increase apparent ileal digestibilities of DM (+3.4%), gross energy (+2.6%), N (+2.8%) and most of amino acid (P>0 05), but increased the apparent ileal digestibilities of Ca (+14.5%, P<0 05) and P (+4.8%, P<0 12). It is concluded that addition of phytase in the diet of weaned pigs has no obvious effect on growth performance, but improves the apparent ileal digestibility, especially for calcium and phosphorous.
