摘 要:研究肉仔鸡日粮中添加 β 1,3/1,6 葡聚糖对生产性能、免疫器官重量、细胞免疫功能及体液免疫功能的影响。结果表明 ,饲喂 β 葡聚糖能提高 2 1日龄仔鸡法氏囊的重量 (P <0 .0 5 )和 4 2日龄外周血淋巴细胞 (PBL)对脂多糖 (LPS)的反应 (P <0 .0 5 )。注射绵羊红细胞 (SRBC) 7d后 ,抗体水平和IgG含量达到峰值 ;与对照组相比 ,添加 β 葡聚糖使其在长时间内维持较高水平 ,一免 11d后差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。β 葡聚糖提高了肉仔鸡对新城疫疫苗(NDV)的抗体水平 ,同时还增强了肉仔鸡对NDV的免疫应答 ,二免 9d后差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。本研究认为 ,β 1,3/1,6 葡聚糖能提高肉仔鸡的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能。The present study was conducted to determine the effects of β 1,3/1,6 glucan supplementation in broiler diet on performance, lymphoid organ development, cellular and humoral immune response. The results showed that the relative weight of bursa of Fabricius on day 21 and proliferative response of peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) to lipopolyssacharides (LPS) on day 42 were increased significantly (P<0.05). Total antibody and IgG titers against SRBC were the highest on day 7 after the primary immunization and were still higher than control on day 11 after the primary immunigwtion (P<0.05), which kept for longer time. The antibody titers to anti NDV was higher (>3) than control. Moreover, the anamnestic response was strengthened by β glucan and the titer was different significantly(P<0.05) on day 9 post secondary immunization. In conclusion, β 1,3/1,6 glucan supplementation in broiler diet could stimulate immune competence.
