摘　　要：为进一步研究基因疫苗的免疫机制和基因疫苗的免疫效果 ,应用 DNA重组技术 ,根据载体 pc D-NA4 .0 / His Max的多克隆位点设计引物 ,对含有 NDV保护性抗原基因 F的质粒 PCR扩增。将得到的目的片段插入到载体的启动子下游 ,成功得到含有 NDV F基因的真核表达质粒载体 PC4 F的基因疫苗。The recombinant plasmid PC4F that contains the gene of protective antigen F of NDV was constructed by method of the PCR and restricted enzyme.The F geng was inserted into the downstream promotor of pcDNA4.0/His Max vetor.The result shows that we successfully get a DNA vaccine of NDV F gene that can be hightly expressed in the eukaryotic cell in order to study the mechanism and effect of the DNA vaccine.
